Warranty Policy

StrapingFlow stands behind the quality of our strapping machines. All machines purchased from strapingflow.com are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical failures under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Consumable parts (such as strapping rolls and seals)

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact us at support@strapingflow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video of the defect. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.

PP Strapping Rolls
Strapping rolls are not covered under warranty but may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy if damaged upon arrival.
