Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
- PP strapping rolls that have been opened or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased on final sale

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@strapingflow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
